Community Saver Discount Card
Business Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all businesses participating in the Community Saver Discount Card (“CS Card”) programme (“the Programme”). By registering, the business (“Partner”) agrees to the following:
- Participation
1.1. Registration to the Programme allows the Partner to provide exclusive discounts, offers, or benefits (“Offers”) to valid CS Card holders.
1.2. Participation is voluntary, and the Partner may withdraw with written notice (see Section 8).
- Offers & Commitments
2.1. Partners must honour the Offers they have agreed to provide for the duration of the promotional period.
2.2. Any changes to Offers must be communicated to the Programme administrators at least 14 days in advance and approved before implementation.
2.3. Offers must be fair, transparent, and clearly communicated to staff.
- Validity & Identification
3.1. Offers must only be applied when a customer presents a valid CS Card.
3.2. Partners retain the right to refuse Offers if a card is expired, damaged, invalid, or suspected of misuse.
- Display of Marketing Materials
4.1. Partners agree to display the Programme’s marketing materials, including posters, stickers, signage, or digital assets, within their premises.
4.2. All materials must be placed in visible customer-facing areas, unless otherwise agreed.
4.3. Partners must not alter, remove, or deface Programme branding without consent.
- Brand Representation
5.1. Partners agree to uphold the reputation and values of the Programme.
5.2. Discriminatory, unethical, or unlawful conduct may result in removal from the Programme.
- Training & Staff Awareness
6.1. Partners are responsible for informing relevant staff about the Programme and accepted Offers.
6.2. Staff should be able to recognise the CS Card and apply Offers appropriately.
- Marketing & Promotion
7.1. The Programme may promote the Partner via its website, social media platforms, printed materials, and marketing campaigns.
7.2. Partners grant permission for the Programme to use public-facing business information (e.g., logo, opening hours, website links) for promotional purposes.
- Withdrawal & Termination
8.1. Partners may withdraw from the Programme with 30 days’ written notice.
8.2. The Programme reserves the right to remove any Partner for breach of these Terms & Conditions or conduct that may harm the reputation of the Programme.
- Liability
9.1. Partners are solely responsible for any products, services, and customer experience delivered under the Programme.
9.2. The Programme accepts no liability for losses, damages, or claims arising from the Partner’s business operations.
- Data Protection & Privacy
10.1. Any business or customer data shared must be handled in accordance with relevant privacy legislation.
10.2. Partners must not collect or store cardholder details through participation without lawful purpose and consent.
- Amendments
11.1. The Programme reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions.
11.2. Partners will be notified of changes and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
- Acceptance
By signing up to the Community Saver Discount Card Programme, the Partner acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
